Baked Pomegranate Rolled Oats with over-medium Egg. I love the crunchiness of the pom seeds with the oats!

De-seed pomegranate, pour handful into 1/2 cup of rolled oats in water, stir and bake for 20 min. Fry egg in pan, flip over once the whites are cooked, as to not break the yolk. Oatmeal is topped with mandarin orange supremes, egg is topped with snack tomatoes. Serve and chow!
