Blueberry Overnight Oats



Breakfast is overnight oats and hard boiled eggs. Always a good idea to prepare breakfast the night before especially knowing I have to leave the house early.

Mix 1/2 cup of organic rolled oats with 1/2 tsp of chia seeds and handful of fresh organic blueberries. Cover and put in fridge overnight. I also sprinkled a lil bit of cinnamon. Easy as that!

Eat Clean, Train Mean & Supplement in Between!
