Breakfast today is Poached Eggs with Sweet Potatoes.
Preheat oven at 350, cut sweet potatoes in wedges and place on baking sheet. Sprinkled with basil seasoning and bake until tender. Poach egg in pan. Spread a layer of arugula on plate, then sweet potatoes and top with poached egg.
