Flaxseed Egg Cups! Had some flaxseed meal that I wanted to use so I made these cups filled with eggs.
Pre heat oven to 400. Mix flaxseed meal with water and cinnamon. Let sit for a bit. Then pour into greased cupcake pans and shape them into cups. Bake for 5-10 min to harden it. Then take it out.
Mix egg filling with your fave herb or veggie. Pour into partially harden cups. Bake for 15 min. Take it out, cool and serve!
