This is a man’s breakfast, made especially for the beau. Thai Sausage over spinach topped with poached egg.

This sausage is packed with rice and has a bit of sourness to it, like most Thai food. The beau really liked it when he sampled it at the Asian market so we bought it when though I don’t care too much for sausages. The Chinese/Taiwanese sausage is still my fave, only because I grew up eating it.
