Breakfast for to get this awesome Thursday started! Espresso Oats Pancake with Cinnamon Pan Fried Bananas.
Pancake: Soak rolled oats in hot water to set faster. Mix in espresso and stevia. Shape into small thin patties and cook on medium-high heat until browned.
Bananas: Slice length wise and place in front pan on medium-high heat. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown on both sides.
Add your favorite toppings to pancake. I added a dollop of almond butter.
