Veggie Egg Roll Up




Veggie Egg Roll Up for Breakfast. Wanted something savory this morning so I sauteed some red onions, scallions and asparagus and rolled it up in a egg pancake. Breakfast has to be quick for me now, been so busy lately!

Ingredients:
2 large egg
1/4 cup red onions
1/8 cup of scallions
Season to taste
