Salmon Kale Stuffed Bell Peppers
Salmon Kale Stuffed Bell Peppers. Been so busy that preparing meals have been a little more time consuming but eating healthy is still essential to my lifestyle so I must do it! This simple meal is easy to make and doesn’t require too many ingredients (just the way I like it!)
Preheat oven to 400 degree. Bake the salmon first with some chopped sage, garlic and lemon juice. Cut bell peppers in half and boil them in water to soften. While waiting, chopped up some fresh kale and drizzle olive oil. Once the bell peppers and salmon is done, mix the kale and salmon and stuff in pepper. Add any seasoning you like then bake for another 5-10 minutes.
