Who doesn’t like a little #yolkporn in the morning? :) Spinach Mushroom Stuffed Avocado with Fried Egg is what’s for breakfast. Sauteed some chopped spinach and mushroom and stuffed it in half an avo then topped it with a sunnyside up egg. Happy Friday!
