Chicken Spinach & Quinoa Stuffed Bell Pepper
Chicken Spinach & Quinoa Stuffed Bell Pepper for lunch! I cooked quinoa, chopped spinach and ground chicken and combined it all and mixed in lemon pepper and basil seasoning. Stuffed it in length cut bell peppers, spread the remaining mix in a pan and baked for 20 minutes! Delicious!
