Kale & Black Bean with Green Onion Frittata for breakfast. I’m eating a lot of the same foods (protein, legumes and veggies and limiting starch) but I try to mix it up with different varieties as well as making them in different forms. It works well for me and my outrageous workout routine which is helping me build muscle so I stick with it. We all eat a lot of the same foods on a daily basis, we just don’t know it so eat what fits in your macros, clean clean and healthy, and don’t give up on your progress!
