If you're like me, there are no days off from working out or just being active. So with Valentine's Day falling on a weekend this year, you can surely plan a nice little workout to start your Sunday Funday with your significant other! Here are some indoor and outdoor activities you may want to look into with your swolemate!
1. Hiking
There are no shortages of hiking trails, so why not find one near you, pack a nice little pack with water, snacks, and put your hiking boots on for a quick hike in the morning!
2. Snowboarding/Skiing
February is still winter after all, so if there is a local resort near you, there will still be plenty of snow on the mountains to shred!
3. Indoor Rock Climbing
If the weather is a little chilly outside, then grab your partner and go indoor rock climbing! It's cheap and much more fun when you have your own personal belayer.
4. Kayaking
Is there a river or ocean near you? Then likely you can find a place to rent a kayak for an hour or two and cruise around while working on those upper body muscles.
